Ramada Beach Plaza Resort
The Ramada Beach Plaza Resort is the official hotel and conference facility for Power Up 2009. The hotel is certified under the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Green Lodging Program. Hotel rooms are now available at a special rate of $135 per night, plus tax. A limited number of rooms are available at this rate so make your plans as early as possible.

Emerald Grande at Harborwalk Village
Conference delegate may also elect to stay at the Emerald Grande in Destin (just seven miles for the Emerald Coast Conference Center). One, Two, Three, and Four bedroom suites are now available at a special rate starting at $199 per night, plus tax. A limited number of rooms are available at this rate so make your plans as early as possible. Ground transportation is available to shuttle conference delegates to and from the conference.

Ground Transportation
A variety of transportation services are available at each airport that services the greater Ft. Walton Beach area. Car rental, taxi cab and shuttle vans information is listed at the airport’s website.
Car Rentals
Airport rental car companies are located in Terminals at each airport. Off airport rental car companies are accessible via courtesy shuttles on the Ground Transportation Level.
Taxi Cabs
Taxis are available in Terminals at each airport. Taxis may carry up to nine (9) passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of number of passengers. Please consult with airport staff to inquire about the taxi companies serving the airport. Taxis generally will accept MasterCard, American Express, and Visa payment.
Shuttle Vans
Shuttle van fares are charged per person. Check with the attendant for round-trip fares and children's rates. Shuttle vans are available at each airport that service the greater Ft. Walton Beach area. Please consult with the attendant regarding transportation fares.
